La Trobe-Bateman Graduate of Cambridge University. Chartered Engineer 1980. Over 25 years ago to better manage his responsibility for delivering multi-million$ projects, James started developing Custom Cost Models for Petrochemical Plant Construction. He was later inspired by Eli Goldratt and Kaplan & Cooper. Specialising in healthcare manufacturing industry for 20 years, he continues to develop applications for business modelling in the consultancy. Modelling real life with numbers in a "common understandable language" format is his unique ability.  Lorrie A MacGilvrayEntrepreneur originally from the Motor City, USA. Prior to joining reMODEL in 2001, worked in the USA for Wells Fargo, the original stagecoach company of the Western Frontier specialising in multi-site operations and people. Much of that making-the-future drive can be seen in her approach to business today where she helps identify opportunities and challenges which others might not recognise or find too daunting. Today as a director of reMODEL she specialises in business development and training with particular skill in forming and motivating "dynamic" teams. Together with James reMODEL is a team of Hard Numbers and Soft Motivational Team skills. Helping companies make fully "quantified" decisions to remain highly competitive in their industry. |
